CLEAN ENERGY TRANSITION

TOGETHER WE MUST: 

• Create one million manufacturing, construction, and engineering jobs in the clean energy economy. (Think that sounds hard? Think again. We’ve got solar, wind, energy efficiency, transmission, electric vehicles, green storm infrastructure, and battery storage!)

• Ensure that these jobs pay people their fair share.

• End environmental injustice by cleaning up polluting facilities and toxic sites that unfairly burden low-income communities and communities of color. Build back from natural disasters by prioritizing frontline communities.

From our senators to our school boards, we need representatives who are laser-focused on creating the economy of the future: one million green jobs that pay well and create healthy communities.

Texas can be the energy capital of the 21st century if we organize for it. We will build the movement to make it happen. This powerful combination of movement and movement leaders will ensure Texas is transformed into a climate ready state and workforce.
